A very fine domed yellow jade scabbard fitting. Taotie eyes at one end with intricately carved mouth and teeth on the flat end. The top has raised rope twist bands, one at each side and one down the middle. Between the bands are carved C and S patterns representing the stylized body of the Taotie beast.
